    The Tropical Zoo Roadshow

The Tropical Zoo Road-show visited our school on Wednesday 29th November 2017. We saw many different types of animals. There were snakes, lizards, a tor-toise, a rabbit, a toad, a frog, insects, and even a tarantula. The ranger told us all about the ani-

mals, what they eat (diet), where they live (habitat), how they sur-vive in the wild and how they help the world. We got to touch and hold the animals. We heard about animal groups and this helped with our learning in Sci-ence lessons and our

current topic, which is ‘Identifying Animals’. It was an amazing day!
